CareerAI analyses your resume against a target executive role and produces a detailed fit report, smart follow-up questions, and a professionally rewritten resume draft.
- Supported formats: PDF and DOCX files up to 10 MB.
- Languages: The platform fully supports both English and Simplified Chinese (中文).
- Best results: Upload a current resume and specify a precise target role title (e.g., "VP of AI Engineering" or "Chief Data Officer").
Resume Upload & Analysis
After uploading your resume and selecting a target role, the AI will:
- Score your fit across key competency dimensions.
- Identify mandatory requirements and skill gaps.
- Generate targeted clarification questions to improve accuracy.
- Produce an executive-level rewritten resume tailored to the role.
Export & Download
Completed resumes and reports can be exported as PDF, DOCX, or a ZIP archive containing all deliverables. Export buttons are available once your rewrite is complete.
Privacy & Data Security
Your resume data is desensitised before AI processing — phone numbers and email addresses are automatically redacted. Your data is never used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Account & Billing
Free-tier users can perform one full analysis per session. Premium accounts unlock unlimited analyses, priority processing, and multi-format export. Visit your account settings to manage your subscription.
